For students: What nobody tells you about asking for help
The questions teenagers are afraid to ask out loud: Will this be forever? Will it change who I am? What do I say when it isn’t working? Assembly or classroom talk, 30–45 minutes.
Speaking & panels
Talks for students, parents, schools, and clinical teams. Straight, warm, no lecture, and every one ends with something the room can use the next day.

In September 2026 I joined the “Our Minds Matter” mental health symposium at Warren Central Performing Arts Center, hosted by Indiana Black Expo, speaking with more than 800 high school students about the fears that keep families from getting help and what to do when treatment isn’t working. The event was covered by WRTV.
